This class will show how every aspect of landscaping should be reevaluated from beginning to end when designing, building, and maintaining a self sustaining landscape using native plants. Attendees will learn the fundamental differences between today’s traditional landscapes and tomorrow’s self-sustaining landscapes, and the consequences of improper planning, installation, and maintenance. Attendees will also learn techniques to design, build, and maintain a real self sustaining landscape that functions properly, is aesthetically pleasing, and helps protect the natural character of Florida.
