Practical Design Tips for Maintainable, Sustainable Native Landscapes

This course focuses on practical, holistic landscape design from sprinkler design/re-configuration to using specific plant species together to prevent over-watering and/or pest problems. The instructor will discuss using specific species placement to allow more ecological benefit, using low flow or drip line when necessary to conserve water and prevent over watering issues, and will review plant placement and spaces to allow easier pruning practices and a naturally full look through time.
